like a moth to a flame burned by the fire
like a moth to a flame burned by the fire
And the naked bone of an echo says
“Don’t walk away…”
this gray morning calls for melodic gypsy wails.
And it’s been so long, that I can’t explain
The stories in your hair that you carry are it for me
I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t want to lay in it
i’ve had this album on a consistent loop since summer. it’s just fun and danceable. i can’t get enough.
silly spotify.
btw, you all need to listen to this album. it’s delicious.

the room was dark and full of smoke that floated above us in a strange blue hue - this caused by the stage lights that were brightly beaming away. i was nodding and singing along to a song i’d never heard before yet knew immediately.
sometimes these things happen.
so this is what october will be. i, lucifer. the album - the book - the life?? i suppose i’ll have to wait and see.
the album is the soundtrack to the book, which happens to be about lucifer’s last shot at redemption by living as a human for a month. and if you’re wondering: think jazzy cabaret with hushed vocals that can make you melt.
absolutely perfect to kick off October.
this sunday sings your praises
i’ll be dreaming every night of you
been floating towards autumn with timber timbre reigning my airwaves, this album in particular. there’s something so profoundly simple yet haunting about it.
The stuff I got’ll bust your brains out, baby, hoo hoo…. it’ll make you lose your mind…

Say you follow your heart, well, honey you’re just being lost
i would like to use this image to kick thursday’s teeth in
dance the ghost with me…
…and the rain came down… down, down, down
weather’s on the fritz. today we get a gorgeously gray, drizzly day. this album somehow soothes it right.
if you’re small and on a search…
